Lucid Keeper

Terms of Service

Effective date: September 15, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to the Lucid Keeper Alexa skill provided by Lumina Lucid.

Use of the service

Lucid Keeper lets a user connect an Alexa account to Google Tasks and perform supported task operations by voice. You may use the service only with accounts you are authorized to access and in accordance with applicable laws and the terms of Amazon Alexa and Google.

Google account access

Lucid Keeper uses Google OAuth authorization and the Google Tasks API. You control whether the skill has access to your Google account and may revoke that access at any time through your Google Account permissions or by unlinking or disabling the skill in Alexa.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or stop working because of changes to Amazon Alexa, Google APIs, network services, or the Lucid Keeper software.

User responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing tasks created or read through the skill and for maintaining the security of your Amazon and Google accounts.

No warranty

Lucid Keeper is provided without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Lumina Lucid does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free transcription, or that every voice request will be interpreted correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumina Lucid is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of Lucid Keeper.

Changes

These terms may be updated if the service changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
